I will never share your information with any outside organizations or third parties. Privacy is super important and no one wants unsolicited junk mail. I will add your name to my business mailing list for show/website notices and updates; you may opt out at anytime.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment and only with a pre-authorization from Blair via email or phone. No returns will be accepted beyond this time period. Returned work must be received back to the studio in new and unworn condition prior to credit being made. Return delivery will be at the cost of the customer and must include adequate insurance for the full purchase price of the piece as any pieces lost during return shipment will not be reimbursed by the seller. Credit made back to the customer’s credit card will be minus any original shipping expenses incurred by the seller.
Exchanges must be requested within the same period as Returns, work being returned in the same time frame. Exchanges can be made for a custom piece or a Shop Credit to be used in the future. It is preferred that a Merchandise Credit is used within a year but not required.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
I clean my jewelry using a soft tooth brush with a mixture of Bon Ami Kitchen Cleanser and either Joy or Dawn dishwashing liquid. I make a slurry in a small jar and use this to scrub both silver and stones, rinsing with water and repeating until clean. This cleans both silver and stones without scratching. Polishing cloths are fine as well but you will most likely need to wash the residue of the cloths that are embedded with rouge compound off of the stones, use above mixture. I don’t use chemical cleaners as I do not know if there would be a negative effect to the stones. Do not substitute any other powder cleaner for the Bon Ami as it may scratch the silver.
Adjustments are made at no additional fee for an initial adjustment to linked pieces, whether a bracelet or necklace providing no additional stones are required. If additional stones are required, I do this at a discounted rate that is quoted individually. Clustered cuff bracelets and rings are not able to be sized due to the effects on the stones from the heat of the torch; these pieces can be exchanged for a piece that fits better. Customers are responsible for return postage and insurance only. If expedited return is requested, that expense is also the responsibility of the customer.
Work is generally shipped Priority USPS.
